We review all 10DLC registration submissions before forwarding to carriers. This review includes verification of business information, use case accuracy, and compliance with messaging policies. We may request additional documentation or clarification before submission.
Registration review does not guarantee carrier approval. Final approval and throughput are determined by carriers, not by Connect Communications.
We require accurate use case declarations in 10DLC registrations. Use cases must accurately describe the primary purpose of messaging. Message content and frequency must align with declared use cases.
We may request documentation to verify use case accuracy, including message samples, opt-in methods, and consent documentation.
We reserve the right to request documentation to verify compliance, including:
We monitor messaging patterns for signs of abuse, including excessive complaint rates, carrier filtering, and policy violations. Accounts that generate excessive complaints or violate policies may be subject to review, suspension, or termination.
We may request explanations for unusual messaging patterns or high complaint rates. Failure to address compliance issues may result in service suspension.
We cooperate with lawful requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and carriers. This may include providing account information, usage records, and other data as required by law or valid legal process.
We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications regulations, data protection laws, and lawful disclosure requirements.
