Local phone numbers are available in most area codes. Availability varies by region and area code. The first phone number is included at no charge. Additional numbers are $10 per month each. Numbers can be assigned to extensions and used for both calling and texting (after 10DLC registration).

You can port your existing business phone number to Connect Communications. Porting is supported from most carriers.
Each phone number requires E911 address configuration. You must provide and maintain accurate physical addresses for each number. E911 addresses are used for emergency calling. Addresses must be updated if the physical location changes.
Phone numbers can be used for business texting after 10DLC registration is completed and approved. Texting capability is not available until registration is approved by carriers. See our Business Texting page for registration requirements.
