  • Spam campaigns or bulk unsolicited messaging
  • Use of purchased lead lists without verified consent
  • Automated messaging without proper opt-in
  • Messaging to numbers obtained through scraping or harvesting

Fraud and Deceptive Practices

  • Phishing or identity theft attempts
  • Fraudulent schemes or scams
  • Deceptive business practices
  • Impersonation of other businesses or individuals

Illegal Activities

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Illegal products or services
  • Activities that facilitate illegal conduct

Prohibited Content Categories

  • Content in prohibited SHAFT categories
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Threatening or harassing content
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights

High-Risk Activities

  • High-risk financial schemes
  • Cryptocurrency promotions without proper compliance
  • Gambling services without proper licensing
  • Loan services without proper regulatory compliance

Political Campaigns

  • Political campaigns without proper compliance and disclosure
  • Political messaging that violates campaign finance laws
  • Political messaging without proper opt-in and disclosure

Service Misuse

You may not use our services to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt service operations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use services in a manner that violates carrier policies
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse service resources
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls

Violation Consequences

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any account that violates this policy, engages in prohibited activities, or generates excessive complaints or carrier penalties.

We may also report violations to appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
